Have an idea for a private class for you and your friends? Let's plan it!
We can host a group as small as 8 or as large as 70+. The gathering can be a customized cider+food tasting, an intro course on cider, or you and your guests can delve deep into a specific a region or style. Hey, we can also talk about natural wine.
Below are some packages that have worked for us in the past, and we are open to making something work within your budget.
Gatherings are led by Daniel Pucci, our Cider Director.
It's a whole world of cider out there waiting to be explored.
Your group can taste through the major cider regions of Spain, France, and the US, or it can be a comparison between various American styles. For the advanced learners, we can taste our way through examples of keeved, foraged, or naturally fermented ciders.
In a 1 hour class, you will learn about and taste four ciders.
CIDER + FOOD PAIRING
Let's go beyond just cider, shall we?
Cider is an incredibly varied beverage, and has great food pairing potential. Chef Vini not only cooks with cider and apples, but also incorporates produce from cidermakers. For example, we use Hudson Valley Farmhouse cider in our sourdough, and maple sap from Blackduck Cidery.
Your group can taste three ciders with three small dishes, upwards of five pairings, with Cider Director Dan Pucci leading the way.
You can also go beyond small plates, and plan full-course cider-paired meals, with anywhere from three to five courses.
$55/person - Three ciders with three small plates
$70/person - Five ciders with five small plates
$75/person - Three course cider-paired meal
$100/person - Five course cider-paired meal
We require a minimum of 8 attendees per group.
Prices listed above do not include tax (8.875%) or gratuity (20%).
